Daniel K Palmer

Founder

Daniel K. Palmer is a dedicated professional renowned for blending creativity with precision in the world of hair. With a career spanning 3 decades, Daniel has built a reputation as a trendsetter who continuously pushes the boundaries of traditional hair care. His passion for hair goes beyond simple styling; he views every experience as  an opportunity to express individual personality and enhance confidence.

Starting his career in Perth, Western Australia, Daniel quickly distinguished himself through his keen eye for detail and commitment to understanding the unique needs of each client. His artistic flair has led him to experiment with bold trends to timeless classics alike, from London, New York and beyond, earning him accolades from both peers and clients. 

Outside the salon, Daniel actively mentors upcoming stylists, sharing his expertise and inspiring others to pursue excellence in hair artistry, also hosting the Netflix, global make over programme “100% hotter:” 

Today, Daniel K. Palmer is Recognised not only for his exceptional technical skills but also for his enduring passion for the transformative power of hair. His career is a testament to the art of hairstyling, driven by innovation, authenticity, and a genuine love for his craft.

Alison Calderazzo

Stylist, Colorist, Extension artist

I’m Alison, a passionate hairstylist with a love for cuts, color, and expertly applied extensions—and I’m beyond excited to be joining the incredible team at Daniel K. Palmer Salon!

Hair is in my blood. Growing up in NYC, I watched my mom style hair on Broadway and cut hair in our apartment kitchen, so stepping into this industry felt natural. But before becoming a stylist, I worked as an addiction counselor, a role that taught me invaluable skills I bring behind the chair every day. Because for me, hair isn’t just about hair—it’s about connection, confidence, and creating an experience that goes beyond the chair.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll probably find me cooking and playing cards like a little Italian grandma, exploring new restaurants, catching a good drag show, or just chilling in bed with Bravo and my cat. (Because balance, right?)

I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair, transform your hair, and have a damn good time while we’re at it. Let’s do this!

Maggie Beach

Stylist, Colorist, Extension artist.

I’m Maggie a hairstylist based in Los Angeles, specializing in cutting, coloring ,and personalized style, aswell as extensions.

After recently moving back to LA, from
my travels I’m feeling more inspired than ever and love helping my clients express themselves through their hair. I believe in building strong relationships with my clients, communication is key to my success!

I’ve been in the industry for five years since getting licensed in 2020, hair has always neen a passion of mine , so it was an obvious transition for me, and stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and refreshed.

Creating a welcoming and comfortable space is important to me, and I take pride in the attention to detail that makes each service feel truly customized. You happiness makes me happy.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll probably find me out on a long run or exploring the outdoors—always looking for new adventures and inspiration from nature.

Hey, I’m Kailey! Hair has been in my blood from the start—growing up in a family of stylists, I practically lived in the salon. Now, with 13 years behind the chair, I’ve honed my craft in lived-in blondes, dimensional color, and luxury extensions—but truly, I love bringing every hair vision to life. Whether you’re craving a sun-kissed refresh, a bold transformation, or something effortlessly in between, I’m here to make your dream hair a reality.

My chair is a space where you can relax, feel heard, and leave obsessed with your hair. I believe great hair isn’t just about the color or length—it’s about confidence, energy, and the way it makes you feel.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll probably find me soaking up the sun with my dog, dancing at a concert, or hunting for hidden gems at a local market. I love connecting with my clients beyond hair—so let’s chat, create, and make some magic together!

Im Scarlett, the creative mind behind @scarlitabeauty , and I’m thrilled to share that I’m joining the incredible team at Daniel K Palmer Salon. 

Growing up surrounded by beauty—my mom was a stylist for 30 years and my grandma owned her own salon—I’ve been immersed in this world since I was a kid. I picked up the art of hair at just 13, and since 2021, I’ve been helping clients express their unique style through braiding, creative styling, extensions, color, and cuts.

But for me, it’s more than just hair. My mission is to create an experience where you feel confident, comfortable, and excited every time you leave my chair. I believe in bringing out the beauty that’s already there—and having fun while we do it!

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me hanging out with my puppies 🐶, hitting the gym 💪, or writing music 🎶. Creativity is my passion, and I pour that energy into everything I do.

Hey, I’m Cole. For the past eight years, I’ve been perfecting my craft and building a loyal clientele specializing in men’s hair right here in West Hollywood.

With a background rooted in working with my hands, from trades to creative projects, my path to men’s grooming felt like a natural evolution. I’m known for precision, consistency, and helping clients feel confident in their look, whether it’s a subtle refresh or a full transformation. No matter your hair type or texture, I’ve got you.

From Sydney to LA: My Journey in Hair & Grooming

Hair has always been my passion. Growing up in Sydney, I was drawn to the beauty and glamour of Los Angeles. In my early 20s, I made the move, trained at Vidal Sassoon, and set my sights on learning from the legendary Byron Williams—a master of cutting, styling, and makeup.

As his assistant, I quickly became his right-hand, managing a top-tier celebrity salon featured in major magazines and entertainment outlets. I honed my craft in cutting, styling, editorial, film, and fashion, gaining a deep understanding of the industry.

After a decade at Byron Williams Salon, I was ready for a new chapter. I found my calling in men’s grooming—helping men feel confident and polished. This passion led me to create  at Daniel K Palmer Salon—a luxury space where men experience high-end grooming and leave feeling their absolute best.

I was fascinated with the beauty industry at a young age, and seventeen years ago, I stepped into the world of hairdressing—never imagining the incredible journey it would take me on. I had the privilege of starting my career in the vibrant salons of Los Angeles. As well as, working alongside some of the most talented professionals in the entertainment industry.

Over the years, I developed an undeniable passion for Men’s Grooming, which became my specialty. I’ve built a loyal following in West Hollywood, offering custom styles that reflect both timeless tradition and modern trends.

Now, I’m excited to continue on to this next chapter and be a part of this amazing team, bringing the best in grooming and style to every client I work with in a truly stunning space

Hey y’all! I’m Ashton Allen, a Holistic Hairstylist hailing from Memphis, Tennessee, with a deep-rooted passion for textured hair, intentional beauty, and authentic self-expression. You could say hair has always been part of my story—my mom was in cosmetology school when she was pregnant with me, so you might say I was destined for this path! Over the past five years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with leading artists and top beauty brands, refining my craft and expanding my vision for what hairdressing can be. Now, I’m thrilled to return to the salon floor and begin this exciting new chapter at Daniel K. Palmer Salon. It’s a space that aligns beautifully with my values of creativity, connection, and care—and I can’t wait to welcome you into it. With almost two decades of experience behind the chair, I specialize in thoughtful color with a focus on sustainable beauty. As a Davines North America Salon Color Conversion Specialist, I believe that how we care for hair should also reflect how we care for the planet, ourselves & our clients.

Originally from Arizona & based in Los Angeles since 2018, I bring a calm, intentional approach to every guest experience. I’m passionate about creating beautiful color, nurturing healthy hair, & building lasting connections.

I enjoy time with my partner & our two cats—who definitely run the house. While my books are currently full, I always look forward to sharing a smile & a hot cup of tea. Catch you soon!

With eight years behind the chair, I’ve developed a deep love for both color and cutting—especially when it comes to creating looks that feel intentional, personal, and completely wearable.

I specialize in tailoring each haircut to the individual, enhancing natural texture and face shape, while crafting color that complements skin tone and lifestyle. My goal is always to make my clients feel like the best, most confident version of themselves—never overdone, always elevated.

I’m constantly expanding my skills, staying inspired by new techniques and the incredible creative energy at Daniel K. Palmer Salon. To me, great hair is more than just how it looks—it’s how it makes you feel long after you leave the chair
